Ok, wolfenstein single player in a nutshell:
"Kill lots of Nazi's with super occult powers using your own super occult power to slow down time (Must be the same guy from F.E.A.R. )"
Now to the meat of the subject below is a list about the mulitplayer. For some reason they have been exteremly quite about the multiplayer.
If you look at the thread on "Wolfenstein boot camp" you will see on possible reason why. However, you cannot hide anything from the Night Stalkers, we are always watching. [Evil Laugh]
It's ok, I'm better now. After some searching found a conversation straight from one of the game designers. Here is what they said about the multiplayer. Keep in mind this isn't official but from a reliable source. Also, the conversation was long so this is just the cliff notes.
1. The game will use the Quake Wars: Enemy Territory engine
2. No vechicles
3. Three modes of game play
___a. Objective
___b. Stopwatch
___c. Team Deathmatch
4. Reviving is still a vital part of strategy
5. Persistent Stats
___a. Overview in the main menu that show's bullets fired, accuracy and so on
6. Three classes
___a. Engineer - completes objectives
___b. Medic - heals
___c. Soldier - uses the heavier weapons
7. Each class has a "Veil" pwer tailored to them
___a. Medic gains the ability to heal multiple people around him, for example
8. Weapons available are (my guess is these are only the Nazi one's):
___a. MP40
___b. Kar98
___c. MP43
___d. Panzerschreck
___e. Flammenwerfer
